&quot;Dial 5&quot; is great but why did no one tell us about &quot;Dial 8&quot;?  The last thing I tried to do before leaving for two week&#039;s  vacation on 8/15 was to change the message on my &quot;ghost extension&quot;.  All the fives in the world didn&#039;t help me get into my voicemail.  That, combined with the inability to turn on &quot;autorepy&quot; for my e-mail made for a frustrating leavetaking.
