Now might be a great time to mention a recent article on my blog that directly relates to this.  My article, &quot;RIAA wrongly accuse you? Hereâ€™s how you fight them.&quot; located at: http://www.liamjewell.com/wordpress/?p=46 talks about what to do if you get delivered a subpoena by the RIAA for a file you didn&#039;t download, and ways to correct the mistake.  

Definitely an interesting read if nothing else.  After all, students should know what to do if they were accidentally accused and didn&#039;t actually download something illegally, which happens more often than not.
